With more theater seats than Broadway in New York, and over 250 Hotels/Motels and Campgrounds, we know that you will find our services a tool to make your vacation exactly that. After all, you deserve a stress free vacation. The policies set forth are designed to make your purchase easy, error free, and to ensure your satisfaction with our services. When you purchase Tickets, Lodging, etc. . . .
For every theater, attraction, hotel/motel, or other purchases you make on BransonArrangements.com, you will be provided with a "Voucher" denoting your Ticket of Choice including Date, Time, Theater/Attraction, and Your Name. Your Vouchers are to be presented to the appropriate venue that will then retain a copy for their records.
When completing your transaction you will have the option to have your vouchers delivered to your hotel/motel, or campground where you will be staying. Only properties inside the Branson City Limits will be delivered to. If you will not be staying at a property in Branson, you may pick your order up at any of our convenient Welcome Center Locations, where an agent will review your order with you. Due to risk of loss or theft, we cannot mail out your voucher or allow you to print them from your home.
Service and Processing Fees . . .
All sales processed reflect any applicable taxes and surcharges required to cover costs incurred with the operation and services of your reservation. Questions about these fees may be addressed to lcash2000@sbcglobal.net .
Inventory Availability and Price
BransonArrangements.com is strictly a service company, selling products on behalf of shows, attractions, hotels, motels, and other Branson Area Businesses. BransonArrangements.com is not responsible for inventory of seat selections, hotel rooms, attraction admissions, or any rates assigned to any product. The above inventory mentioned is the sole responsibility of the theater, hotel, motel, attraction, or any other Branson Business. Prices listed are dictated by the Branson Area Business as contracted to BransonArrangements.com
Payment Methods
Online, you may choose from the following methods of payment: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Other methods are available by contacting our offices at 1-800-787-1541.
Cancelled Performances or Attractions
In the event a show or attraction is cancelled or closed by the vendor, BransonArrangements.com will make an assertive effort to obtain a fair and complete refund to you. However, each venue reserves the right to assign its own refund guidelines and BransonArrangements.com is subject to those guidelines.
Cancellation Policy
Before you finalize your order make certain you carefully review your choices. You may cancel any order no fewer than 5 (five) days prior to your arrival date to Branson, Missouri. Service and Processing Fees cannot be refunded at any time. Any Cancellation occurring fewer than 5 (five) days prior to your arrival date to Branson, Missouri cannot be refunded. In the event you need to cancel your order, you must do so by contacting our offices at 1-800-787-1541. Be sure to have your order information available to assure a quick process.
